SHIPPING POLICY

Frank Adams is committed to accommodate your shipping needs so you can enjoy your new purchase. We try to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt (except federal holidays). Weekend orders will not ship until the following Monday.

All items are shipped fully insured with our signature gift wrap. Shipping is free for all domestic orders over $1000 USD. All purchases will be shipped/insured free of charge within the continental United States, via Overnight FedEx. If Saturday delivery is required, a $50 charge will be added. Adult signature (over 21) will be required upon delivery.

All items under $1000 will be charged $35 plus applicable taxes. Expedited shipping requests are available for an additional fee..

Frank Adams Jewelers will make every attempt to ship out an order as soon as it is placed with us. If we encounter a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
