REFUND POLICY

Frank Adams Jewelers hopes you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item for a refund or exchange*. Items may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in the original and unworn condition and accompanied by the original designer packaging.

*Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watches are final sale and excluded from our return/exchange policy.

*Closeouts, special orders, custom or altered pieces are not returnable/exchangeable.

Timepiece returns/exchanges must be made in unworn condition, with all warranty cards and instruction booklets enclosed and with prior management approval.

Refunds will be granted in the original form of payment to the purchaser only or store credit to the gift recipient.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Shipping fees are not refundable.
